Xi announces opening of Beijing Daxing International Airport

Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, walks to the venue for the operation ceremony of the Beijing Daxing International Airport on Sept. 25, 2019. The operation ceremony of the airport was held in Beijing on Wednesday morning. Xi attended the ceremony, announced the official opening of the airport and visited the terminal building.
