Yang Feifei comes from the countryside in Nantong City, east China's Jiangsu Province. He was interested in machinery since childhood and became a technical worker in Foxconn Technology Group in south China's Shenzhen after graduation in 2003. Yang has put most of his time on pondering how to optimize technological process and improve product quality. By doing so, his innovative ability greatly improved and he earned several medals and titles of model workers awarded by the province and the country. Yang expects more training to be given to migrant workers like him so that they could have more competitive edge in the industrial transformation and upgrading. As a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress, Yang came to this year's National People's Congress with his proposal to provide more supportive policy to migrant workers. (Xinhua/Mao Siqian)
